Dhruv Deepak
Dhruv is the Managing Director of tenten100. He is a strategic foresight advisor with 16 years’ consulting experience in the Middle East’s emerging technology, energy and public sector innovation spaces.
Years of training in solving strategy and public policy challenges have helped him develop a repertoire of foresight methodologies. His expertise is in building scenarios: logically-sound models assembled with a blend of data, expert testimony, crowd wisdom and creativity.
Through tenten100, Dhruv has worked with government clients on establishing strategic foresight as a foundational government practice. He has managed large-scale programs focusing on talent identification and development, culture building, codifying foresight processes, and designing platforms for insight discovery, capture, mapping and dissemination. His portfolio of foresight & scenario work is wide-ranging, covering topics such as ‘socio-economic evolution’, renewable energy, transportation, fourth industrial revolution and digital technologies, geopolitics, and well-being.
Prior to starting tenten100, Dhruv’s background was in management consulting, providing strategic advice to  a broad range of energy sector and public sector stakeholders. 
Alongside tenten100, Dhruv is currently working towards a PhD in Sociology from George Mason University (Fairfax, Virginia). He is passionate about researching and modeling future worlds that organizations and societies will thrive in, and decrypting their ‘new and next’ most critical challenges into winning strategies and opportunities.

Deepak Padmanabhan
Deepak Padmanabhan is a Partner at tenten100. He has 35+ years of global experience in the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) sector, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions, Investment, Operational Transformation and Value Creation. 
Most recently, Deepak served as Group Chief Operating Officer at Servify in 2020. Servify is a global technology company providing Consumer Tech and Device Life Cycle Management Services. Prior to this, Deepak served as the Chief Executive Officer of Emirates International Telecommunications, LLC (EIT) from 2006 - 2020. EIT was specifically formed to build a telecom portfolio for Dubai Holding and currently has major investments in Europe, Middle East and North Africa. 
As Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer of TECOM Investments (2000 – 2006), Deepak was central to shaping Dubai’s knowledge economy landscape. He has been responsible for the development of the various knowledge clusters for Dubai, namely Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, Knowledge Village and DuBiotech. He has played a key role in the development of the district cooling business, Empower; facility management business, Idama and the Arab Media Group. He has also been instrumental in the planning and development of the Second Telecom Operator in the U.A.E., Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (Du). 
Alongside key executive leadership positions, Deepak has decades of experience guiding companies at the Board level. Deepak is currently a non-executive Chairman and Board Director of Malta Properties Company plc (Real Estate Asset management). He is also a board director of GO plc (incumbent Telecom Operator in Malta) and The Indus Entrepreneurs and (TIE, Dubai Chapter). He has previously held Board-level roles at Forthnet S.A. (non-executive Chairman), Tunisie Telecom, SmartCity Malta, Axiom Telecom and Interoute. He is qualified for Board-level roles through his completion and maintenance of the INSEAD Certification for Board Directors in Corporate Governance.

Rutvik Deepak
Rutvik is a Partner at tenten100, covering our Strategy and Startup Ecosystems  practices. He has 14+ years’ experience with start-ups, publicly traded entities and sector advisors, across every stage of the business cycle. 
His leadership skills and analytic mindset are informed by a diversity of career experiences that have taken him from the Middle East, to North America and Europe (notably the UAE, USA, CZ, MT, UK & CA). This allows him to draw from a unique and impressive knowledge-base of leadership styles, organization cultures, and strategic / operational processes.
He has built expertise within the  Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) space, having worked with the management of numerous market leaders to add value at operational, functional and strategic layers. 
He studied Business & Economics as an undergrad at the Pennsylvania State University (PA, USA), and has obtained an MBA from Cass Business School in London, UK.

Rutvik has a deep passion for entrepreneurship and innovation. He actively supports start-up ecosystem players and investors within his networks; this has been a particularly value-creating dimension of his time with tenten100 over the years where he has cofounded and managed a Corporate Venture Capital Fund providing returns within 5 years, led a gig economy startup to exit, launched/supported numerous tech products, and built a portfolio of clients across multiple regions.
