We are an advisory with two practices, and our work, across both, is in the digital economy. Venture and innovation works with investors, institutions and founders in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Strategic foresight built our early portfolio of work on renewable energy, transportation, fourth industrial revolution technologies, geopolitics and wellbeing, and now works on the design and governance of digital infrastructure.

We help investors find and judge new ventures. Our deal flow engine reads thousands of start-ups a year, scores each one against the investor's own thesis and puts every score in front of a person. We also help set up corporate venture arms and sit alongside them as they invest.

We run investment and innovation programmes inside established companies: a corporate venture arm, an innovation programme, an AI initiative. We design the programme, staff it and run it, so the company gets the results without building a team first.

We help governments and organisations plan for the futures they face. Scenarios are assembled from data, expert testimony, crowd wisdom and creativity; we investigate, model and communicate complex futures in imaginative, unconventional and compelling ways, so that they lead to action. We explore complex global futures in telecommunications, the internet and media and the broader digital economy, and our foresight work now extends to accountable AI, collaborative digital resources and data sovereignty.

We unearth the critical challenges that lead to complex futures topics, and create the soft infrastructure that codifies foresight work: its processes, tools and methodologies. We develop mindsets for working with deep uncertainty, through identifying, honing and nurturing talent, and we inspire a foresight culture with incentives, awards and positive working environments.

We scan for and capture insights through our own processes, evaluate them by rating and prioritisation, and identify drivers of change by examining correlations and cross-impact. We forecast developments in technology and the advanced sciences, and research the democratisation of digital technology and data relations.

We prototype the future through engaging scenarios, building the scenario logic and writing rich scenario narratives. From there we provide foresight-driven strategic advisory and programme management for large-scale technology investments.
Our mission
Dhruv is the Founder and Managing Director of tenten100. He is a strategic foresight advisor with nearly two decades of consulting experience across the Middle East's emerging technology, energy and public sector innovation spaces.
He holds a PhD in Sociology from George Mason University, and works on AI governance, platform regulation and data sovereignty.
Deepak Padmanabhan is a Partner at tenten100. He has 35+ years of global experience in the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) sector, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions, Investment, Operational Transformation and Value Creation.
He is a board director of GO plc, Malta’s incumbent telecoms operator, and non-executive Chairman of Malta Properties Company plc.
Rutvik is a Partner at tenten100 covering our Strategy and Startup Ecosystems Practice. He has 15+ years experience in tech venture creation and investments across North America and EMEA.
He currently leads engagements with a corporate venture platform and a data-centre and technology business in Malta.
